Bonus99 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Policy Malaysia

By accessing or using the Bonus99 website, mobile app, or any of its services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. This acceptance is a mandatory pre-registration requirement for all new Bonus99 users.

By accepting Bonus99's Terms & Conditions, you also agree to our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and all individual game rules and guidelines published on the Bonus99 platform from time to time. All such documents form part of the overall agreement between you and Bonus99.

If you are using the Bonus99 platform on behalf of an organisation or other entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms & Conditions. To register and use the Bonus99 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• A Malaysian citizen or permanent resident who is physically located in Malaysia at the time of using the platform.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable Malaysian law.
• Not listed on Bonus99's self-exclusion register or any gambling prohibition list maintained by a relevant authority.
• Not registering or accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited under local law.

Bonus99 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including during registration, prior to withdrawal processing, or in the course of investigating account activity. Required verification may include a copy of your national ID, utility bill, or other documents as specified by Bonus99's compliance team.

Each individual is only permitted to register and hold one (1) account only at Bonus99. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of all balances and winnings.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name as shown on your identification card, an active Malaysian mobile number capable of receiving OTP verification, and a secure password. You are fully responsible for keeping your account information current at all times.

You are solely responsible for keeping your Bonus99 username and password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. Bonus99 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or phone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the Bonus99 support team immediately at support@bonus99.express.

Bonus99 is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized third-party access to your account, whether or not you were aware of it, if such access occurred due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

Bonus99 accepts deposits via approved Malaysian payment methods only. The currently accepted payment methods are:

• eWallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• DuitNow: Direct transfer via mobile number or bank account number
• FPX (Financial Process Exchange): Includes Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Connect, RHB Now, and other Malaysian banks participating in the FPX network

The minimum deposit amount is RM 10 per transaction. No maximum daily deposit limit is set by default; however, Bonus99 reserves the right to impose deposit limits based on individual account risk assessments. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only.

Successful deposits will be credited to your Bonus99 account balance within 2 minutes for most eWallet and DuitNow methods. For payments via FPX, processing may take between 2 and 10 minutes depending on your bank. If your deposit has not been credited within the stated timeframe, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Bonus99 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit received from a payment method that does not match the account holder's name may be placed on hold pending verification.

The minimum withdrawal amount from your bonus99 account is RM 30 per request. All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless there is a technical or security reason preventing this.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• eWallet (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay): 15 minutes to 2 hours after verification
• DuitNow: 30 minutes to 3 hours after verification
• FPX Bank Transfer: 1 to 4 business hours
• Large jackpot wins (exceeding RM 100,000): 1 to 7 business days for additional verification

Bonus99 reserves the right to require identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals from new accounts, withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds, or where unusual account activity is detected. Verification may include submission of identification documents and proof of payment method.

Any account balance derived from unauthorized sources — including winnings from fraudulent activity, exploitation of system bugs, or game manipulation — will be automatically voided and forfeited without compensation.

Bonus99 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to members, including a welcome bonus for new members, reload deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, free spins, and special offers tied to festive occasions such as Hari Raya Aidilfitri, Hari Raya Aidiladha, Chinese New Year, and Hari Merdeka. General terms applicable to all Bonus99 bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per account, IP address, device, phone number, and payment method.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash — they must first be played through in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made.
• Standard bonus wagering requirements range from 10x to 30x the bonus value, depending on the promotion type. The exact wagering requirement will be stated in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Bonuses have an expiry date — any bonus that is unused or whose wagering requirements have not been met within the specified period will be automatically forfeited.

• Any winnings resulting from technical errors, display glitches, or system malfunctions are void and will not be paid out. Bonus99 reserves the right to recover any payments made in error due to system faults.

Bonus99 users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the platform:

• Making False Statements: Providing false personal information during registration or the verification process.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and legal action where applicable. Bonus99 cooperates fully with Malaysian authorities in the investigation of any illegal activity involving our platform.

Bonus99 provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis. While we always strive to ensure the platform operates without interruption, Bonus99 makes no guarantee that the platform will be consistently accessible, free from errors, or meet your specific expectations under all circumstances.

Bonus99 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of anticipated profits or income
• Internet connection disruptions on the part of your service provider
• Delays or errors in deposit or withdrawal processing due to technical issues on the part of the bank or eWallet provider
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence in protecting your login credentials

Bonus99's total maximum liability to you in any situation shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• Request by the account holder

When an account is closed at the account holder's request and no breach of terms has occurred, any valid account balance (excluding bonus balances with unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be returned to the account holder via the designated payment method within 7 business days.

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms or unauthorized activity, all balances — including cash and bonuses — may be forfeited without compensation, depending on the nature and severity of the violation.

Bonus99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. For material and significant amendments, Bonus99 will make reasonable efforts to notify active members via in-platform notifications or email to the registered address; however, failure to receive such notifications does not release you from your obligation to comply with the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be settled through arbitration in Malaysia in accordance with mutually agreed procedures.
